Important Instructions for candidates appearing in Ph.D. Entrance Test C.E.T.-2022
All the applicants for Ph.D. Entrance C.E.T-2022 to be held on June 04, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00 noon must read the instructions carefully before downloading the admit card. They must abide by the provisions mentioned in the Ph.D. admission bulletin-2022 and Ph.D. Ordinance-2022 available on the university website. The admit card will be live from 23-05-2023 may be downloaded from the website.
1- All the applicants must download the admit card and keep it safely as a record for appearing in the entrance test C.E.T. 2022 and interview / viva voce
2- All the candidates must appear in the entrance test C.E.T.-2022 except those who are exempted as mentioned in the clause IV.G 1. (a) & (b), page 3 of Ph.D. Ordinance- 2022 and clause 5(a) & 5(b) of Ph.D. Admission Bulletin available on the university website. It is stated as below:
(a) Students with valid fellowship/ Scholarship (Junior Research Fellowship) in the test conducted by UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/CEED and similar National level tests shall be exempted from the entrance test and admitted directly based on interview/ viva-voce.
(b)Regular and working teachers employed in Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University campus and Government/Aided Colleges affiliated to this university shall be exempted from the written test and admitted directly based on interview/ viva-voce. Such candidates as referred in 1(a) and 1(b) of Clause IV.G may be given preference/weightage as per criteria mentioned in Annexure-A of the Ph.D. Ordinance-2022.
3- All candidates with NET certificate / qualification will have to appear in the entrance test.
4- All candidates who are not Regular Faculty of the Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh university Campus and its Government / Aided Colleges affiliated to this university will have to appear in the test C.E.T.-2022.
5- Candidates exempted from entrance test C.E.T.-2022 as stated above must ensure their exemption and need not appear in the examination.
6- Failure to abide by the provisions laid down in the Ph.D. Ordinance-2022 will result in disqualification.
